Wow. I am overly impressed. I had just finished Cardistry 101 (highly recommended if you don't know anything about cardistry.) and Genesis v1 seamlessly fit into the routine. Andrei has a great teaching style and his "performances" serve as a motivation to practice consistently. Thanks Andre!

Great video I love that the instructor is a lefty because I am to and I don't have to mirror the tricks he also explains the tricks very well so I would buy this 10/10 times and if your a lefty don't pass up on this amazing intro into artistry

As a beginner who's only learned basic moves from youtube videos, I do not regret buying this for a second. The quality is amazing, and there's so much content that my purchase is going to last me long enough to basically pay for itself in terms of reward.

I am an absolute beginner at cardistry at 54 (!!!) years old and after watching a ton of videos on YouTube that didn’t always really break moves down in a way that I could really understand exactly what was going on I started looking for other instruction to get a good fundamental baseline established. I enjoy Andrei’s videos on YT so naturally I was interested in the Genesis video... I went ahead and bought the download version yesterday and I have to say, for the purchase price it is an absolute bargain. The moves are well explained, shot from different angles and done slowly enough that I can scrub back and see exactly what I need to work on to get the move down. For a beginner like me, Genesis v1 has been a goldmine and I recommend it very highly... but just watching the videos isn’t enough. You can buy all the instructional material and high end playing cards you want to but until you spend the hours (and hours...and hours...) picking cards up off the floor and massaging sore hands you won’t get anywhere. Genesis v1 will certainly help you gain the skills needed to get past the growing pains that all new cardists experience but only if you do your part. Andrei gives you all the tools but the rest is up to you.

Andrei Jikh is not only an amazing cardist but he also has the ability to explain what he is doing in a way that makes it feel very comfortable. What I found really encouraging is that he mentions often that it will take a lot of time to learn and that it is normal. So many cardists describe a flourish as "easy" when it really isn't, not for beginners at least. Andrei knows it takes time and his encouragement adds something extra to the experience. He also injects just the right amount of humour. I wholeheartedly recommend this DVD.

I consider myself just above a beginner to cardistry. I am pleased with my purchase. This is what I have been looking for. It has its basics but you need to begin with a strong foundation so you can later build upon that. That being said even simple cuts like the revolution cut to me I never realized how sloppy and un-aesthetically pleasing my cut was. With Andrei's teaching and camera angles it is easier to really isolate each movement to gain a better understanding of each move. Cant wait to work through this DVD. It's definitely taking me 0 to 60.

As a beginner in cardistry I am so glad I bought this product. Very well structured, good verbal walkthrough and by being able to see the moves from different angles helping a lot to get the moves right myself (Ps: love the music too).

Something for everyone and every skill level. Many techniques thoroughly explained in great detail, giving you the ability to adjust or adapt any or all to your own style.

I have been a computer programmer for 22 years. I wanted something to do with my hands that didn't involve a computer or a game controller. Tried a few things, but then I saw the Virts video a while back and was blown away by the creativity. I looked online and sure there are hundreds of thousands of videos on YouTube, but none of them outline a path to learn the basics. This DVD covers everything in a logical order, and is super easy to follow. All of the problems I was having, he had an answer for. I highly recommend it.

Andrei Jikh does a nice job for us beginners. I'm just starting out in Cardistry and really love the action, at my age, 64, it feels like I am exercising my brain and my hands that make me feel healthier...kinda funny I know. When I get Genesis 1 finished I already know that I will be upgrading to Genesis 2...I'm excited! God bless!

The absolute best way to be introduced to Cardistry. Everything from fundamentals to combos are covered in as much detail as possible, and Andrei Jikh is the perfect teacher.

A nice video for a beginner like me with detailed instructions on the basics and very useful tips. My only minor comment is that I wish he would show the techniques done on both hands. Many of them he has obviously mastered on both hands, and for those that he hasn't a mirror could be easily used. However despite this I still think it's a great instructional video.

Andrei is an excellent flourisher and teacher, if you're beginning in cardistry, this is the place to start.

Even though I've been into cardistry for a long while, I still found a lot of things in Genesis that were valuable to me. I feel there's something here for people of all levels. Andrei's teaching is clear and fun. He gives technique and performance tips, along with variations of certain moves. Production and editing is great and the material is top notch.

Andrei Jikh is great! This includes tons of material that will keep you busy for quite awhile. Even if you know some of the cuts, Andrei gives you tips and added advice that can help you learn the moves even better. The tutorials are designed for a lefty, however, being a righty, I was able to learn by just mirroring the moves.

If you are interested in cardistry then this is a must buy for you. It covers the basics of lots of moves. Although people may see this as a downside. I feel that because it focuses on the basics of moves, it is open to your interpretation. Therefore you can take these concepts and work them into your own routine. This is amazing. Genesis v1 is the greatest video exploration of cardistry out there. Extreme Beginners, Art of Manipulation, etc. None of these titles top Genesis. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and I have just received V2. I cannot wait! I hope to see many more great things from Andrei within the near future.
