Insane is THE BEST prediction I've ever seen! Why? Because it shows the prediction before the spectator selects any card. It looks like pure genuine mentalism. It involves little sleight of hand and very easy advance preparation. It even comes with a vital component that Andy Nyman, Insane's inventor, could have had the purchaser buy at Staples. Also extra cards are included so that with wear and tear the gimmick can easily be replaced. Some commentators claim that Insane costs too much. This is RIDICULOUS! INSANE is a solid trick. All is concisely explained by the creator in high-def. It comes with everything you need and then some. I was totally aware that there was a bit of "arts & crafts" involved but I bought it anyway. Six months later it sits, unperformed. Shame on me.

While it's an easy trick to perform and seems to impress laymen, the problem is when the gimmick is set up it has to be performed within about 10 mins or its no good meaning you couldn't just carry it around with you so my only way of being able to perform it is at home leave the room and set it up which already adds to people's skepticism; also it cannot be examined. Bit pricy too for what you get, they should have thrown in a deck of cards for the price.

I love it. And to the reviewers claiming the price is too high- it is not. Even a download-only would be worth the price. But you are also getting a DVD, multiple gimmicks, and supplies. Definitely worth it. Especially if you price out getting the gimmicks needed standalone. Brilliant thinking and presentation, lovely explanation, great all around effect. My only qualm is that the gimmicks can get a bit ugly after repeated use. But that is addressed in the DVD, and that's why it comes with so many of them.

I got a copy of this a few years ago and I have been performing it ever since. I love how easy this is, how practical and how amazingly clean this looks. Andy is a great mentalism thinker and if you're even remotely interested in mentalism this is definitely worth checking out.

It's an okay trick, not something I would do regularly due to the fact that it is hard to end the trick because the audience wants to see the card. Fact is, you can't end clean, and with the other street magic tricks where I can end clean, it does not fit my routine. Not worth $20 in my opinion.

Lovely effect, simple, direct and hard hitting basically no sleight of hand required, don't be worried about the gimmick, I always think using gimmicks is well worth it if you will get a worth-while reaction, and you definitely will with this effect. Great trick.

Great effect. But what can I say, it's Andy Nyman. Anything that has his name on it is always great.

I'll be honest, this trick is NOT worth it. It's over priced. I found it a bit annoying and you can just see there is something fishy going on! If you're looking for a perfectly priced, perfect in every category trick then you NEED either Mathieu Bich, or Jason England. They are both VERY good at what they do. They are straight up forward, and have AMAZING effects. DO NOT BUY THIS. SAVE FOR Mathieu Bich, or Jason England.

Simple method, but works fantastically nonetheless. Everything you need for the trick can be carried on your person very easily, which is always a plus. Overall great effect, worth the money for sure.

I just love this effect. I mean, this is so awesome and difficult for people to figure it out! It was very suprising for me when I watched the tutorial. Great effect, however I think this trick is a little bit overpriced. Still, I would highly recommend to buy this awesome effect.

This effect is great, but you have to have a kind of control on your spectator, because not a lot of us would feel comfortable giving the cards to the spectator. There is no room for mistakes in this effect.

This trick has a lovely feel about it. Tis is not about the method/gimmick (which is easy and fun to use), it is about the whole feel of 'fate' or 'destiny' that it gives to the spectator. This is Andy's contribution to, admittedly, an old method to make it five times more powerful and beautiful.

Wow, this trick is so epic and gets badass reactions, but I have to admit that it was a bit pricey. But well worth it in the end, I suppose. :)

I don't usually get effects from theory11. Putting aside it's simplicity, I believe it is so simple that it strikes like a punch. For spectators, it's a perfect demonstration of intuition. I have made it myself since I have the things required to make the effect possible, and honestly.... it's brilliant!
