A good camera...

I wanna record some videos but I have been using an awful camera any good cameras you guys use preferably from like 200 to 250 275 max
Possibly cheaper than that would be good. But im interested in something high quality but not like incredible.

I have the Canon XH-A1, but, unfortunately, it is about a couple of thousand dollars above your price range.

However, you can check out this thread -- http://forums.theory11.com/showthread.php?t=737 -- about the different types of cameras that are used, and choose a few of your liking.

Two things to look for. 3CCD and an audio input.

3CCD (AKA: 3 chip) give you great color quality, but needs a bit more light. Ausio input is good so you can hook a microphone (Even your computer mic) and get good sound. The one I recently procured is a Panasonic PV-GS150. You can get those and similar for a good price on E-bay (like every thing else) I just popped it's..umm.. well whatever camera's have to pop on a video download. Turned out rather nicely.

Regardless, you can get good quality cameras nowadays. The one I have can even double as a webcam for direct recording. Good Luck.
