Aberdeen Thread: Setup doesn't "keep"

Not sure how to ask this without giving too much away but my thread does not really stay together when prepared. I searched the forum and James' previous reply wasn't much help, and have followed along with the same way it is done in the video but the thread tends to get "undone". Any tips? Thanks
