Anyone else have a problem with this?

I'm not sure what happened, but after i downloaded control, and i redownloaded quicktime, i could only get the audio to play, i can't see any picture, i redownloaded control and its still the same. Any1 know how to fix this?

btw . i submitted a ticket 12 hours ago....still waiting on that, and also, the screen is green while it just plays the audio

I believe there's something called VLC Media Player. I was having this same problem and this worked for me. You can download it for free online. Just search for it.

Due to the volume of orders we've had in the past two days, it's been pretty hectic around here. We will make sure that your problem gets solved to your satisfaction, however, assuming that it hasn't been already. Like alex65565 said, try downloading the VLC Media Player from the link below and opening the file in that. Or make sure that you have the latest version of Quicktime. That usually solves most issues like the one that you're describing.
