hey everyone. I was wondering if you guys have heard anything about aXcess Card thru window? it looks and sounds awesome. see the teaser

Okay update time:

Sorry for not updating in a long time but I have been very very busy with aXcess. When I write up a magic book I put everything into it. Like I did with Lucid Dreams. I put out everything I've created in that plot.Its cathartic.

To this end I have re-worked much of the book and included things I held back for my own performances. However these days with almost everyone putting out notes its better to put down your work in print.

The contents is now:

aXcess Card thru window :

Effect : A card is selected. A corner is torn from the card and handed to the spectator as a receipt. The Selected card is them lost in the deck. The magician sprays the cards onto a nearby window. The selected card is found to be stuck to the window from the other side. The card is handed to the spectator to match the corner to the card. They fit.

CARD THRU FISH TANK : 2 Versions taught


CARD THRU SPECTATOR THRU WINDOW :

EFFECT: You offer a demonstration where a selected card will penetrate a spectator and appear stuck to the window behind him. The kicker of the effect is that the glass is on the other side of the glass.

I created this while dealing with a heckler. It got a HUGE reaction!


CARD FLASH THRU WINDOW:
-------------------------
A mentalism effect with an amazing climax. A card is selected by a spectator then lost in the deck which is left in their posession. You read their mind and draw the card on a piece of paper. You then place that paper on the glass of a nearby window. You light it and the paper burns up in an instant. Now stuck to the glass is a card..the selected card..and its on the outside. The deck is shown to be missing that card.


CARD MELTS THRU WINDOW

Effect : A card is selected. A corner is torn from the card and handed to the spectator as a receipt. the magician then places the card onto the window pane and presses on it. Smoke starts to slowly emit from under the magicians hands as the card melts thru to the other side.It is scorched from the heat generated The card is handed to the spectator to match the corner to the card. They fit.

This effect is my baby. I didn't want to put this in the book. You have JOhn to thank for it being included as he went nuts when I revealed it to him. I have never seen anyone present a card thru window this way. I teach you how to create the smoke device as well! Oh and you can do it sleeveless!!


AXCESS STEALTH: BLACK ART CARD THRU CAR WINDOW

Effect : A card is selected. A corner is torn from the card and handed to the spectator as a receipt. The Card is lost in the deck. The Magician waves his hand over the tinted window of a car and a card appears on the other side.



that's just a brief summary as to whats in the book. This is my thesis on card thru window. I know its taking time but Im am really working my butt off to make this as complete as possible for you guys.

That demo video was quickly put together to give the cafe' members something to see... the proper demo will be along closer to release, but we wanted something to show the the forum members.

The creator of aXcess is Mac, who is the creator of 'Lucid Dreams CTW' and 'Crystal'.

It just looks really fake. And it dosent look very proffessional. I dont no how its done it completely fooled me but I dont like it.

I respect your opinion but could you elaborate on the 'fake' part etc... like what looks fake about it.
Anyway maybe this just isn't for you, and that's cool, but would be interested in hearing more of your opinion as well as others, be it good or bad.

Wait till you see the real demo, it's got some crazy footage of the various versions... Macs very creative and has come up with what I consider to be the greatest take on the CTW plot there is...

All points of view and opinions are welcome though, and i'll be happy to answer any questions as best I can.

Ok dont get me wrong the effect looks awsome. But it just has a fake felling to it (Iam not meaning to dis your effect its madd) like it dosent look like a CTW it just looks like your appering a card on the other side hence the double fan one. This is just my opinion. The effect is madd I cant figure it out good job.

well, the fan one might not look like a CTW to you. but to specs? yes is does. not to mention the smoke version sounds awesome.
