For most fun moves, I would have to say Maverick and Barolo 2. They are very fun to practice and look mighty fine when executed correctly.

Revolution Cut and What The Hell Happened To Sybil?

Both fairly simple, but effective when performing for laypeople. I'll do them before I start up with the magic as a way to let them know I'm not their "Uncle Joe" who likes to show a lame pick a card trick once a year during Christmas.
