Does anyone know of any magicians who use crows or ravens instead of doves? I've read that it's possible, but I've never seen it. Except for on the illusionist but that doesn't count.

It is possible to use crows or ravens, however, they differ greatly from doves so your methods will also have to differ. We (magicians) use doves for several reasons. They are docile, calm, they don’t mind being confined to small areas and they are not very “vocal”.
Crows on the other hand, are the total opposite of everything I just said about doves.
I have used parrots, and Cockatoos, but they can only be used for “mechanical productions”. I think the same may be true for Crows.
I could be wrong, but I don’t think they will tolerate being body-loaded or even being put into a harness.

I also believe it's illegal to own a crow or raven without a permit. I also don't see the government giving out permits for "magical" purposes.
