The Black Tiger deck and the Masters deck, from Ellusionist, both "had" the uv500 air-flow finish. But once Bicycle moved locations, on the Masters deck it says performance coating II. On the Tiger deck it says performance coating. What happened? Do they not have the uv500 air-flow finish anymore? Why does one say performance coating II, and the other just say performance coating? Just curious :)

UV500 doesn't exist anymore. You can read about it on illusionist if you search a bit. Maybe try googling illusionist uv500 finish and you might find it. i found it after looking for a while.

The short version: UV-500 is the stock, not the finish. Ellusionist was the only company using that stock and the USPCC ran out. If E wanted to continue using it, they would have had to finance the entire, massive roll of stock. Very expensive.

This. If I recall correctly, the USPCC were asking for a print-run about 8-9 times as large as the normal one. Not really spare change, so naturally E had to turn it down.
