Now im quit experienced but i was wondering is there some ultra rare slights needed? wich sleights do you need to know for his acr ending?

Link?

Just because you're inexperienced, you dont really have to pay attention to "newbs beware" its probably a joke. Plus, if you're gonna learn somethin, its gonna still take practice. If its a hard move, then you just ogtta practice more!

Here's a tip. Go to his site and check out his Magic Redefined notes. The majority of card tricks in these notes are the same ones that are in all of his B-Sides and Bootlegs DVD's. Save money and more material. Just a tip..

After reading the review this got in Magic this month I would say go with Dave's suggestion and get the notes. Sean really has some incredibly creative material that you can work with on a regular basis. I am not sure if the review was really fair or warranted in the way it was written because I don't own the DVD but I would like to think Peter Duffie has his reasons for what he wrote.

Its not that i dont want to practice alot, i love to practice alot so thats not the problem. But i know he does not teach every slight for the other effects so i was wondering what sleights you need to know.

Its probably not a problem but i was just wondering if there were some sleight i might not know.

Thanks for the advice Dave :)

What did he say was so bad about the dvd? I know its just music and words in the teaching.

Mostly it was criticism of the production quality of the DVD itself. Don't get me wrong I am a fan of Sean's work and always have been and I am sure not everyone is going to agree with Peter Duffie. You might just be better off getting the learning tools you need from Sean's notes. I am not going to quote Peter because I think the review was borderline abusive.

I am one of those guys who intentionally watches the movies the critics give 1 star to....so take that with a grain of salt =)

Okey, did he say something about it the teaching was bad? I dont really care about the production quality as long as i can learn from it :)

Yeah me too, and the movies that gets 1 or 2 stars are usually alot more entertaining then the ones that gets 5 starts =)

Basically he stated it was hard to follow and learn from the DVD, without using the words he used. I would wait to see if anyone chimes in that owns the DVD before rushing to judgment on it though. My inclination, if I was considering buying it, would be to follow Dave's advice. I value his opinion on these things enough to know he wouldn't steer you or me wrong.
