Breaking arm illusions?

Hey I was just wondering if there's any breaking arm illusions? I already know Disjointed by Joe Russell, but was wondering if there was any more. I saw Wayne Houchin do an interesting one that doesn't look like Disjointed here at 1:55. Looks cool. Any help?

I've seen a method for this before, but I don't know if it goes as far as Wayne's does. Honestly, I was rather disappointed when I first saw the method, but who isn't when they learn that you actually can do the "impossible," and do it relatively easily.
