I sent customer service an e-mail last night and was told that I would receive a response within 12 business hours. I'm not sure if Saturday and Sunday count though. If not, I'll have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to clear everything up and get my Control download to work, which would sort of be a waste of money if the DVD came just a couple days later don't you think?
