Read the contest rules again. You are supposed to use one, and only one, track - either the W:H one or the D&D one.
"The videos must utilize one of the two tracks provided, and then be submitted in Quicktime (preferred) format to the theory11 media section."

Unfortunately you cannot use another song. ONE of the two specified tracks is all they have provided as an option.

It says that I need Quicktime 7 Pro to download it, but I only have Quicktime 7. Will I need to buy Pro?
No, you do not need to buy Quicktime 7 Pro.
As stated above, right click, with your mouse, on the link to one of the songs, and then click on "Save Target As" or "Save Link As," depending on your web browser. Then, you can place/save the song wherever you like on you computer, and just click "Save."
