Currently practicing the Sybil and the Squeeze Cut here in San Diego, California.

What are you currently practicing and where are you from?

You finally got the gears going for your cardistry project? That's exciting
Hopefully so! I've been debating on whether or not to buy a Canon 70D, cause I have a friend near me who has the same camera so I could potentially borrow it instead. Aiming for the mid-fall/winter to start on it if everything goes according to plan.

That's awesome.

I'd honestly borrow it, unless you're planning to do a bunch of videos or you're into photography.
I'm honestly going to use my IPhone 6 for shooting my video. At least, I haven't heard anything compelling why I shouldn't do that.

You've put a lot of thought into it; what editing program are you going to use?

I'm in the market for one, but I need more options than Windows Movie Maker, and I'm too poor for 'Vegas.
After Effects, perhaps?

I'm using Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 13 and it has basically everything I need. Was like 80 bucks, I think. Been using it for years and years. I've done a few videos on my channel (only one cardistry video, rest are trip videos), and I think the software is pretty decent. Well worth it in the long run. In terms of the camera situation, I'd probably be using it over a long period of time, so borrowing it might not work. It would, however, save me $1,574. Haha
