OK buddy, since no one is really giving you a straight answer to your question, I'll give you what you were simply asking for, an opinion. I'll list each deck starting from worst to best using the criteria that were important to you with pros and cons.
Guardians:
Pros - fairly durable, unique darker color scheme for face cards, good for cuts.
Cons - warps easily if you're not careful, not great for fans, pricey custom deck
Bicycle Masters:
Pros - thick stock, great finish for fans, durable, won't raise suspicion for magic
Cons - basically paying a lot for souped up Bikes with a fancy ace
Brown Wynns:
Pros - elegant, minimalist back design, great stock, good for cuts
Cons - will not fan well, jumbo indices
Bicycle Rider Backs:
Pros - the industry standard, inexpensive, good all-around performance
Cons - inconsistant quality, a little boring
Centurions:
Pros - thick stock, stiff, great for cuts, decent fans, durable
Cons - pricey custom deck, ace of spades a little boring
Ghosts:
Pros - fantastic finish, handles great, dream to fan, beautiful ace of spades
Cons - edges pick up dirt easily
Split Spades:
Pros - fantastic finish, stiff stock, cuts and fans great, awesome optical effects on the ace of spades and jokers
Cons - really expensive
Shadow Masters:
Pros - fantastic stock and finish, best handling custom deck, effortless fans, cool shadowed graphics, would've taken first place except for...
Cons - very expensive, black deck may raise suspicion for magic.
Tally Ho's - the winner:
Pros - great finish, consistant quality, durable, great all-around deck that does it all, best bang for the buck, especially the Q1 Tallys.
Cons - none
Again, this is only my opinion, which I'm sure will be different from others out there, but you wanted a lttle guidance for your next purchase and I hope this helps. If price is not an issue, go with Shadow Masters or Split Spades, which are great enough to more than justify the premium you will have to pay. But you can't go wrong with Tallys and their value factor put them on top.
