"Casino Cards"

anyone here buy used casino cards off ebay, like the ones used in actual casinos, but only for like a few hours, bee makes a lot of them..

they are pretty cheap.

well.. if so, are they good quality, like are they in good condition, and do they have any holes in them, or huge marks that would make them bad for flourishing/magic..

also, could someone please tell me which ones mostly have holes...

I have not used the ones off Ebay, but I have used lots of casino cards - whenever I get to Vegas I pick some up.

They have always been in great condition, and feel like new. The only thing to watch for, some have 2 opposing corners beveled, making it impossible to reverse a card without the corner sticking out. Other than this, I think you will be pleased.

ive been looking around, but im afraid to buy some, with the fear that a corner may be "clipped"

If you're looking for cheap cards, you can got to Costco, Sam's Club, or BJ's and find 12 decks of Bicycles for about $15.00, or about $1.25 per deck. thanks, but i was looking for cards with the casino logo (golden nugget, flamingo, mirage...)

like the ones that they use in vegas and reno, but im trying to find some that are not clipped..

on eBay they usually tell you whether they are canceled (clipped or drilled) because it defiantly makes a difference to the people buying them.

As a side note, I bought a deck of old vintage goldens the other day they are so pretty They look like the E 1800s decks only they're golden nugget. awesome cards.

If you're on Ebay, your best bet would be to read the description or contact the seller and ask him/her whether the cards have been marked after use in the Casino.

I've heard that casino's will get rid of cards that they've already used for somewhere around .20 cents a deck or so.

I find that they wear out pretty easily...
