Clicking sounds

Last year I started learning gambling sleights. Currently I am happy with my performance level of the moves, but despite my practice I'm still noticing this clicking sound for some of the sleights (i.e. Bottom Deal, Diagnal Palm Shift, Classic Pass, etc). The sound is faint but since I hear it, I worry that someone else will hear it and catch on. With that said, my question is if any of you have advice on how to diminish the clicking sounds made by the playing cards.

If it's a faint noise it can be masked with patter or being in an environment with some background noise. I'm not proficient at many of these gambling sleights, but as you get smoother there should be less noise, and altering the motions of the sleights to minimize resistance between cards will also help.

With deceptive moves (like the bottom deal) as opposed to hidden moves (like the pass and the palm shift), modifying the legitimate action can be an approach as well. So if your bottom deals are snapping, make your tops snappier to blend the difference. Jason England and Chris Kenner discuss this in one of the podcasts in the media section, though I'm not sure which one.
