Clock Stops

Hey, I was wondering if there was somewhere to learn a clock stop. I don't mean a watch stop, I mean like a wall clock. On Banachek's Psi Series he mentions doing it in one of his classes at school, and it sounds pretty cool. So if anyone can point me in the right direction it'd be greatly appreciated.
