Colorblind gimmick

Hey everyone,

I seem to be having trouble getting the gimmicked deck version of colorblind by Luke Jermay to work for me. I have set it up correctly but just can't seem to feel the difference (when touching the face card to decide if it's red or black.) Perhaps it's the way I am gripping the deck? Has anyone else had this issue or have any tips on what I may be doing wrong? Seems like with that kind of deck it should be easy to tell the difference assuming the cards are set up correctly. Thanks
