Control - Help with how to use Winzip

Please, I have MAJOR problems with Control download. I downloaded like 11 times, finally got the whole file down.

Now I don't know how to open it. I have the newest WinZip and QuickTime.

Can someone give me step by step instructions please?

I submitted a ticket but nothing =/...

Try 7-zip. It will unzip nearly anything, and it works great. Best of all, it's free!

Some data in your Zip file is damaged-CRC check failed

It cannot be damaged...I mean it downloaded perfectly.

What is CRC anyway?

Please help =( I'm having trouble with it since saturday...

I used it.
Just install, and then right click on the file and "extract here"

CRC is a check to make sure its a full zip file, and not corrupted. What this means is the file wasn't fully downloaded.

I suggest doing this:

1) Delete the control zip file you have. This is important.

2) Download it again.

3) Use 7-zip to unzip it.

Try this, and see if it works.

Just make sure you delete the file first before you download it again, or you may end up with the same problem. Also, if you are downloading using Firefox, try it using Internet Explorer instead.

WinRar is what i use, its really simple for the most part. And it says you get a free 30 day trial but i've had mine for almost a year now and it still works. Other than that im not to famillier with WinZip so i cant really help you out there, like others have said your best bet is to submit a ticket to the support team.
