Actually it stops all the blood circulation of your entire body for a very very short period of time; so there might be a split second that you may feel extremely painful...
The blood will circulate again right before your face turn completely blue.

Control is 100% completely safe - and no, it is not the old ball under the arm method. Good question.
If Wayne is readin this thread, have you ever been trying to fool any medical personal with it? if so how did it go?
Before T11, when we thought control would be released through (e), I remember Wayne posted something saying that it's not holding your breath.
On a different topic, when I try the ball under arm, it never works. Any advice? My pulse may be too strong for this, or maybe I'm placing the ball in the wrong spot. Will Wayne teach the ball method on the DVD? Or is control just way too good to put the pulse stop on? Since they can listen to your heart stop, can control duplicate what Guy Bavli did on Phenomenon? Thanks in advance for any help given.

I doubt it can duplicate it. He was hooked up on actual medical machines. Control I'm sure will be just as effective, however I doubt you can go that far. I don't care that much because I wouldn't even have access to that type of stuff anyway
Since Wayne said it's not the under the armpit method, I may get this. I hope he suggests how to make this into a trick itself, maybe part of a trick, or a routine. I have made my pulse stop before, but never got too many big reactions because I never tried to make it creepy or anything.I guess we'll have to wait until the preview (if there is one) to see exactly what will be on this DVD. I'm getting somewhat hyped up. I originally had no plans on buying this effect, however now that I know I don't have to walk around with a ball under my arm, I may be inclined to do so
I'm somewhat interested in knowing this as well. If, after purchasing this, could I go to the doctors office and frustrate the nurses by making them believe I no longer have a pulse?
