hey, i was just wondering, are AoS copyrighted? someone asked me today about all the different cards i have used and the different aces and asked why they dont all use the same and i had no answer. any help is appreciated

yes they are, take a look at the flap on a deck of Bicycles, that explains it. they have exclusive right to the Ace of Spades. notice tht there is an R with a circle by the AoS also.

Not just bicycle brand cards have that. Tally's do as well. Not so sure about other cards though.
Haha, well one in particular i was curious about is the Split Spade design. Not the AoS itself neccesarily, but just the split spade, like the one that comes on the promo card and is plastered all over his site. Its so simple i just dont know if he came up with it or copyrighted it
His girlfriend designed it. He copyrighted it. The Arizona Diamondbacks tried to use something similar, so he took legal action... They changed their logo.
