i usually just watch videos of flourishing of guys i admire and take the like starting move in their flourish and build upon it inspired by what they do and make it my style. i usually watch tobiaslevin, ambrose, or scott. hoep this helped
watch other people.. or take the flourishes you already know. take it slowly and think "where ELSE can THIS packet go? What ELSE can i do besides this?"
start off by doing shorter variations of other peoples work... add something different to THAT. call it your own..
whatever you do... remember that NO ONE can tell you what YOUR flourish is supposed to look like.
btw... im from Saginaw TEXAS..
For being able to create you need experience. The experience gained in learning flourishes as-they-are will add up and eventually you'll be able to combine motions artfully.
Until that, you should learn and perfect whichever move you like. Just have lots of fun doing it.
