I was wondering what card thru window to get,and these are the ones I have found:

CTW by David Forrest

Liquid by Taylor Lewis

Scraper CTW

It would also really help out if you can list pros and cons of each effect,and which you would you suggest to get.

Also,there's a kid on the internet saying that Huron Low is releasing a signed card thru window,is that true?

I really do love KAOS. It's a great effect by Sean Beard. Daniel Garcia (GENIUS! by the way) teaches it on the dvd from Ellusionist.

Pros:

-It's really visual
-The tension is awesome especially when the specs wonder what is about to happen. You've got one of them spreading the cards out over a window. It's great.
-It's fun to perform and pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

Cons:

-Some would say angles.
-Also, the handling can be a little knacky. It takes some getting used to if you don't do some of these things involved in KAOS often.

My final word on it: Go with that if you're just testing the waters with ctw. It's a great and fairly simple effect. Once you perfrom that see if you want to expand and use another ctw.
