Alot of places that do engraving onto lighters,etc also have the facility to do so on rings - you could go and ask in a jewelers also as they may be aware of people who do it locally.
The other alternative is to get the ring screen printed. I know some places will do this, I know a guy in the UK, but if your elsewhere again it's a case of ringing around!

If you're going to get an engraving on a PK Ring dude, be careful 'cause those things are super-fragile.

Yes, you can have it engraved but I don't know if the people who can engrave your PK ring know how fragile it is, so be cautious.
Also, there's this item I saw in a toy store that engraves things so you can personalize it. Kinda like what the poster above me said, except I found mine in a toy store.
