Just wanted to let the people who aren't in DanandDave.com know the recent updates on the Dan and Dave deck. Here is the quote from Dan.

Actually no Eddie, it is not the little dimples. The dimples are from the paper.

The Finish is that plasticy stuff on the cards. You know when you have paper out of the printer or cardboard? How its not smooth and it feels papery and not cardlike? The finish makes the cards final, sometimes fannable, and the ink stays.
Some cards have uv500, some air cushion, some plastic, and some other!

But yeah I saw this on dnd forums. Do they mean like old aristocrats or the aristocrat beetype things?

It's confusing because aircushion finish is called so because the dimples trap air to make the cards slide better, which may give reason for why someone may assume finish=dimples.
