What Color Change?
You can check it out here: http://shop.cardfinesse.com/Dan-Tong-Color-Changes-Dan-Tong-Color-Changes.htm
The change is nameless, to prevent it from getting out on google, youtube, or any other site for that matter. He's had this change with him for forty years and kept it to himself. Finally, it's available to those who know about it.
So who is Daniel Tong?
Alright, Daniel Tong is part of the underground community you hear so much about. When I first saw his video of his color changes, I was easily impressed and had to find out the method. For 6 bucks, I couldn't go wrong. I'm very impressed with the change itself, along with the instructional video that teaches it. Dan does a great job explaining the ins and outs of the change.
Difficulty: Dan teaches three versions to these color changes, which are pretty easy to accomplish, given you're familiar with card sleights. The first two changes are a little angle sensitive, but as long as you practice with the help of a mirror/video camera, you should be fine. Once you get them down, they look like pure eye candy. The third color change, I was doing in minutes perfectly(not as sensitive as the other ones). Difficulty = Easy.
Video Quality/Teaching: I'll be honest here, it's not shot in HD like the many 1-on-1's on T11. The quality is good and the teaching is more than enough for you to learn everything you need to know to accomplish the changes. I had no trouble at all going through the video for the first time to learn the color changes(Granted I'll be going back to work on fining it). Dan breaks down everything to help you learn the change.
My Thoughts:
I've been looking for other color changes that are different from what everybody else is doing(Erdnase, Ego, Betram, Stroke, Snap etc). New changes come out on DnD's site and T11's 1on1s here, but there are too many youtubers that sit in front of the webcam and do these changes, making them more known than they should be. I almost don't want this to get out to everyone because it's unique. If you're like me and want to try new changes, look no further - this is for you.
