That would be Healed and Sealed, I believe the version David performed is by Anders Moden.

It's called healed and sealed. It can be bought at most online magic shops.

Theres also a new verison of this trick, but I prefer the original one. The gimmick on the second one is not practical at all.

Keep in mind that when Blaine did this he used the spectator's can, which is something you can't get away with when it comes to Healed and Sealed.

However, it's still an excellent trick and well worth the price.
