I am thinking of buying the distortion gimmick thingy um ill write questions below

1.Do I need a normal bicycle cards?

2.Is it worth it?

3.Is there any conditions where I have to do it and those stuff?

4.Can buy just the gimmicked cards? Because if i have the dvd and the red deck and I want a blue one as well. Can I just buy the gimmicked cards? And can anyone tell me where to buy refills and those stuff.

5.(last question)Is there any other cards that can be changed you know what I mean besides 4diamond, 6diamond,6 hearts and 8 hearts?(this might be exposure so people tell me and ill delete that bit.

well i own the distortion gimmick and i have to tell you.......... tht its the best trick i own, nad it gives u very cool reaction and they are priceless, cuz once i did it to one and he started running all over the street 1:yes u need a normal bycicle deck.2:its totally worth it and in my thought it should be worth more due to its simplicity and awesomne reactions, 3:nope anytime u can do it.4:u can but u have to own the dvd of distortion ahead of time. and it'll cost u 10$.5:no only 4 of diamonds to six of diamonds.

Indeed you do. The trick requires that you have a deck. You can choose the colour of your gimmick, so just make sure you have that same colour deck and you'll be fine.

2. Is it worth it?
That depends on a number of factors. Personally, I never really use it. Whilst the effect in itself is quite good, it just doesn't seem to fit anywhere in my repertoire. Plus, I don't really like keeping the gimmick in the deck for fear of breakage.

3. Is there any conditions where I have to do it and those stuff?
Um, some people will say that it isn't good to do it in direct sunlight, but I've done it in sunlight and it was still fine. You just gotta treat it like it's a normal card and nobody will suspect it. So, this answer depends on your comfort levels with the gimmick.

4. Can buy just the gimmicked cards? Because if i have the dvd and the red deck and I want a blue one as well. Can I just buy the gimmicked cards? And can anyone tell me where to buy refills and those stuff.
You'll need to buy the DVD which comes with a gimmick before you can buy additional gimmicks. You just need to submit a support ticket to theory11 and give them proof of purchase and you can get as many as your heart desires. Though, you really only need one of each colour - with proper care, that is.

At the moment, the gimmicked card only comes with the four of diamonds to the six of diamonds, which kinda sucks. I hear that they'll be releasing different ones soon, though, so look out for those.

Ps - when I first got it, I was disappointed. Then I performed it and got reactions. This trick is great!
