As I speak, I am downloading TnR. The problem is, estimated time is 18 hrs. I want to do it instead on a faster computer.

If I download this on another computer, can I take/copy it and watch it on my computer? Or is this video locked to just one PC?

TnR -- and all Instant Downloads and 1-on-1 videos -- can only be downloaded from one IP address. Therefore, if you started downloading from one computer, and want to download it via another computer, you may not be able to, due to IP address differences. You can try, but you probably will have to submit a support ticket -- http://www.theory11.com/support -- to download it to a different computer.

Further, I don't believe that the file is restricted to just one computer. However, in the support ticket, which you most likely will have to submit, include the question to be sure.

This happened to me, and all you have to do is like Jack said submit a ticket, with your receipt copy and pasted and state you'd like to download it onto another computer, and they'll lift the restriction.
