Download Issues with FIVE by DG + ME

hello everyone. so i just purchased the download for 5 by Daniel Garcia, and when it was finished downloading a window popped up saying:

"Windows cannot open folder. The compressed (zipped) Folder 'C:Users/Ross/AppData/Local/Temp/t11_FIVE.zip' is invalid."

so yea, i kept trying to play it but it wouldn't work. Any geniuses out there that can help me out? i knew i should have just bought the dvd instead.....:(

so i still haven't gotten the video to play. i went back and double checked everything, it turns out that i needed to download quicktime 7.2 in order to "unzip" the video. i did just that, and it still doesn't work. this is the most frustrating thing ever. can anyone help me?
