TAB Test is an organic mentalism style effect where the spectator just thinks of any word on the Tab of a card case, and you reveal what word they are thinking of without any fishing. From the creative mind that brought you “Secret Soldier”, “Safe Keeping”, and the “Flick Drift” this is Wayne Fox’s TAB Test.
What you get is two Red and two Blue Bicycle gimmicks. You’ll need to supply your own deck of cards though. The trick is easy enough to perform. You’ll have a bit of scripting you’ll need to pay attention to but nothing that should be too difficult. Wayne also gives you some additional ideas to play around with incase you don’t want to rely so heavily on his specific structured script.
The TAB Test is a wonderful piece of mental magic that’s great for close up, strolling, street, or even stage. It’s a quick reset, and cleans up perfectly. This is a great opener and it’s strong enough to even stand alone as a single effect. I highly recommend Wayne Fox’s TAB Test.
When I give my product scores below I am measuring them on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 Being absolute the worst score possible, and 10 being the absolute best, making a score of five average. The four points that I grade upon is Product Quality, Teaching Quality, Sound & Video Quality and Overall Quality.
Product Quality: 8
Easy to do, quick to reset and plays well for stage or close up.
Teaching Quality: 8
Easy to learn, and fast to master.
Video & Sound Quality: 8
