I believe it will come with most of the materials that you need to make the gimmick (based on what I've read around the forums).
However, you will still need to provide a shirt of your own to construct the gimmick.

Great to hear that you're interested in Dresscode!
It's a great effect that has many applications. You do have to supply the shirt, but all other materials are supplied. If you want to make another gimmick shirt, you will have to transfer the gimmick from the first shirt to the second, unless you want to buy more gimmick materials. Apart from that, the DVD covers everything AND more that you need. (Awesome bonus methods.) Hope this helps. :)
