Effect name?

What's the name of the effect when someone holds the fork in their hand and the spikes on the fork start to bend, if someone can tell me how its done it will be much appreciated

Depends on which one you mean. There's "Blossom" which is a self-bending fork that does that, and then that's also what it looks like when someone does the routine in Liquid Metal 2. The difference being Blossom does it automatically (And you'll not be able to use it very effectively in a warm area) and Liquid Metal is sleight of hand.

Can you send me a link to blossom, I checked out LM2 and I would like it to be done automatically and without me touching the spikes ( or what ever the things on the fork is called )

Because these things don't just pop out of nowhere. That's a specially formulated metal alloy, formed into the shape of a realistic looking fork, that can bend on its own, be reshaped, and do it all over again. They're not cheap to manufacture, and then everyone involved in making it has to get paid, and the company has to make a profit to stay in business.
