How hard is it to set up Electric Touch?

I read somewhere that you need a pro or something... I really want to get this once i get the money but if its really annoying or hard then I'll have to pass

Electric Touch

I made my own for a lot less to buy new. Everyone is correct about the shoes. Go to the salvation army or some other thrift store. It will take about an hour to assemble. But hours of fun....

As far as I'm concered you are set for life. But I could be wrong on that.
