Will theory11 send a Email when the product is in stock and If you ordered the product
because Ive ordered SMOKE a week ago on the 18th and haven't got an Email yet. Just wondering If theory11 would just send the product or send a Email

I would submit a support ticket to be honest, although hopefully Casey, Zach, or JB can drop by this thread and tell you what to do. I've only had order problems with downloads, so I'm not quite sure what's up. They'll be able to give you more info though :)

I have sent them a message yesterday or the day before I don't remeber but haven't got a message yet.
And I didn't have this account made when I sent them the message if that helps

Maybe check your spam file. That is where some Theory 11 emails go to for me. Maybe you've checked it already. Just my 2 cents. Or 3 cents. Why is it called cents anyway?

This is a weird problem. I sure hope you get smoke sometime soon. It is a great effect that any magician deserves.

I had the same problem. I ordered smoke like early novemember and have been waiting eagerly for it.. I sent them a ticket about it. On the smoke page it said the new units come on the 22th. Its the 25th.. hopefully they come soon, can't wait.

A long time ago, it cost 2 cents (pennies, 1/100 of a dollar) to rent a book from a library. When you give it back, they give you 1 cent back.

I know that really doesn't make sense, but I know the saying has something to do with that. :)

Apologies for the delayed response here guys. Smoke is officially back in as of today and all orders containing Smoke will be shipped out ASAP. SillyRabbit you should be receiving a shipment confirmation anytime now. Have a rock'n week.

I still haven't received a shipment confirmation for my order from black friday. I figured it was Smoke causing the delay, but I'm not sure anymore?

I ordered on black friday also, and I have not received any shipping confirmation email. Still eagerly awaiting my order.

What did you guys order because I ordered a pack a sentinels and they are arriving tomorrow at the T11 shop so thats why my package hasn't come yet

I submitted a ticket yesterday, and it appears that the recent restocking of smoke, was only able to cover so many backorders. The people who ordered on black friday will have to wait till early next week for the next shipment of gimmicks.

Still haven't received a shipping confirmation e-mail but when I checked my account here it says "Shipped". In a week or so it's going to be little christmas at my place. :D
