I have heard so many amazing things about this effect and am thinking of getting it, however I have a quick question that I would like to know before I go for it.

Once you create it, can you take it all apart and make a new one in case you messed up or if you would like to change the denominations of the bills you are using?

Yes, although it is a bit of work to do so.
