Fake or not?

I discovered a magician who does tricks with coins or cellphone that I just can't explain. Even a supposition I'm just blown away. I don't know if you guys have already seen it before but I want to know your opinion. Is it edited or not? I realy want to believe it's not because I havn't seen such magical vanishes !

We are not going to start another Mark Hilkemeijer argument again.
This topic has been over discussed by many members here and you are not going to find a straight forward answer. Some believe it. Some don't. Some are jealous. Some are amused. Make up your own mind. The things he says makes him sound like a fraud but who knows. perhaps its a joke, perhaps hes just a very shy magician, no one knows. No one really cares anymore. Here is what most people know:
-He says he is video editing free.
-He says he has sold his effects before, but only in short bursts to avoid exposure. (this sounds a tad sketchy)
-He has shown some people reviews of his products (their reliabilty is unknown)
-He says he has had previous webcam sessions where he shows his effects live (no one actually has had contact with any of them before)
-Most people who argue against him usually provide petty reasons such as "i cant explain it, thus its fake" without any actual justification or proof, which leads some people to think otherwise.
-Mark hasn't given much proof against video editing either but rather keeps to himself. He has shown a few videos or quotations which lead to a semi-proving, but its nothing that substantial
-Hes from Sweden
-He actually does have some skill with cards but it is not really reflected in his videos for some reason.

If this came from anyone else, I would deem them a fraud as its just a tad sketchy. But Mark is a friend of mine and I have talked/ webcammed with him. Although he still talks very... sketchily, I have witnessed his actual skill in magic, so I know hes not just some laymen having some fun. Overall, hes generally quite a nice guy and I find it amusing that something so petty was quite the controversy... ah well... fools will be fools.
Now that we have covered everything, lets not continue.

I disagree. I've personally got a lot of points as to why I think he's fake.

I dont think Mark is a laymen, he's for sure a card magician, and he's alright at what he does. That said, there's a lack in continuity in some of his videos between his ability to handle cards. I think he's an alright magician, who's started to video edit to create a ruffle in the magic community, and to get his name out there. It's worked.

That's all I really have to say on the issue, but otherwise, LuseifHo's basically got it all summed up there for you..

These "most people" are we. We are the magicians, not the laypeople. I agree that most of his videos are not edited in any way and these effects can be performed live, but he has some videos with some unbelieveble things such are the coin vanish, the color change that are seem impossible to do in real life. If this is not an editing, it has to be camera trick. If not, he's the greatest magician and mind I've ever seen. This is just my opinion.

After watching some of his videos again, I understood that everything he's doing can be done in real life, it's not the camera trick or editing. But there's one question left for me: HOW the hell? He gave me the expirience of the spectators... And that confuses me a lot
