A new release from Papercrane: Falling Elevator

In my opinion, this looks wicked. I am a huge fan of 'Ambitious-esque' effects, so expect a review from me in a few hours on my first impressions!

I'd like to know what you think...

Yeah, it looks similar to "Through the Ranks" by Chris Webb, but it needs a gimmick... luckily, "Falling Elevator" is completely impromptu with minimal set-up!

My friend Nate Hickey also has a Falling Card effect that looks just as good as this one but with no large shaking motions. If you ever see him in The Magic Session Lounge, you can always ask to see it. Both are very visual, but I'm tending to like Nate's a bit more.

Hickey does rule! Speaking of the Falling Elevator, I independently came up with a one handed rising card that looks exactly like this, but it's going up the pack. I'm not sure if the method is the same, but the visuals are the exact same. I came up with my method about 4-5 months ago, and actually shared it with some others on The Magic Session's "Jam Sessions". Luke Dancy can back me up on this statement cause he remembers me doing it

i enjoy all visual card rising/falling through the deck from what Casey describes hickey's version looks awesome! hope he shares with theory11

I wnat to read a review on this effect, to know if it will fit in my performance... It looks sick. I have RIOT by Dan Hauss and I love it, it is more visual than this one but it requires a gimmick. Well, I don't really understand why people hate gimmicks, as long as they're easy to use and hide...

Hy guys.I'm really glad you like my effect =)!

Just something quick to point out: Vasile not Basile ^^.Regarding the waving motion,it doesn't require a big one.You know the saying: "The TV makes you look fat." ?Well here,the camera makes the motion look bigger than it actually is.

Also,along with the effect, you'll also get a bonus which I think you're going to love =D .

That is quiet nice, look at the first phase in slowmo at the end there is very very little movement and the wrist kill is only for a moment
