Fan manipulation

Hey all,

Ive been trying to find a tutorial or a video or something where people do fan manipulations.

What i mean by that is, for example, making a thumb fan, and then using your other hand to rotate it around , and other various floursishes one does while maintaining the fan.. maybe i was too vague :/ but if you get what im talking about, kindly direct me in the right direction!

i know that on the cuso and youtube theres neblfuchs...or something like that..he has good fan stuff.but for the twirl u need the encyclopedia of playing card flourishes

In De'vo's "Cradle to Grave" DVD he teaches the "Birdy Fan" and the heaven display. The concept used in these can be used in many different ways.

The fan twirl is a great move but unfortunately there is no video out there that just teaches the move on youtube. It's a move made by Jerry Cestkowski and is taught in the Encyclopedia of Playing Card Flourishes. There are also several other things in there about manipulating fans.

what you have to do is learn to make your fans really stable, then you can flip them any old way you could a regular deck. Jerry recommends practiciing your twirls with something like a book, then just use a deck with alot of powder so it holds together when you're flippin it.
