Finally purchasing TOOC

Before you use an abbreviation you need to first define it. The only thing I know that TOOC stands for is Taken Out Of Context, and I'm sure that's not the TOOC you're referring to.
Are they out of print or something?

I would recomend going to your local magic shop and buying it then you won't have to pay shipping. But penguin has it the cheapest I've seen and you could get free shipping. Here is the link:

My magic shop is pretty small so I dont think that it would stock it. I looked at Penguin but I think Im going to go with the place I found. Thanks for the help.
