sorry to say but this cut has been done broseph...at least ive done it for the past 3 years so im not sure.
It's not a scissor cut. It's based on the one handed shuffle and a scissor/knuckle cut. I assure you it's different. No need for the negativity, if that's what you're conveying.

well since you just described it I can assure you its the same method. Especially since I saw the video of it.
Credit me? You dont have to do that. Personally I dont think its anything new or marketable or whatever. Other resources,none that I know of.

Fair enough. I just wanted to be fair. And I'm not trying to be "marketable". There's another flourish I have which involves this cut, and I figured it'd be better to do a separate tutorial.

I made this cut up probably about 2 years ago under the name "Tax Cut." I found that it can also be a very nice false cut if you roll the packet into the left hand and drop the other packet on top. I can also do it much MUCH more smoothly, since I've done it constantly for two years.
