I'm not aware of any cards with holes in them unless they're old casino cards, and that probably doesn't help much. I'm not sure if this would work but if you've got a relatively new hole-punch thingy that's capable of punching through multiple sheets of regular paper you may be able to get a decent hole in your joker without doing much other damage to your card. I think the hole-punch would have to be new because the new ones seem to work better. I'm not sure if they're sharper, but it would make sense that they are sharper.
