Congratulations for your first gig!

How large the tables are? How long are you supposed to perform? Generally, in table hopping, you perform a couple of minutes for a group of people. Ambitious Card might be a single routine. Other routine could start with Sloppy Shuffle Triumph or 2CM(It's original and correct name is Be Honest, What is it). I can't help very much about routines, as I'm unfamiliar with those other items.

General advice:
Never approuch a group if there is food on a table. Never. State clearly that you are a performer, so that everyone on a table (or at that end of a table, if it's a long table) notices you and can decide whether to watch you or not. If someone is not interested, don't be insulted.

Be flexible. Make sure that you are ready to go with whatever you want to do before you approach a table. I would suggest for your first gig opening with something that can be done from a shuffled deck - ACR, Biddle Trick etc. This means that you don't have to worry about "resetting" between tables if you don't want to/don't have the space or time.

The first gig is a serious learning experience. Embrace it and make sure you spend time afterwards with yourself evaluating what went well, what didn't and how you might approach the next one.

Best of luck,
David.

Biddle is great to open with... and I feel ACR is always the best to close with as it has a lot of participation involved.
