Help with my download...

Hi everyone

I not it isnt right posting here... but need to seek some advice...

im currently in singapore and am unable to download 1 of the videos i paid for.
I reported a case to the tech support. was wondering if anyone here has encountered the same issues as me b4? my download will break around 12mb and no matter how many times i try, im unable to download the full thing.

Using winxp , firefox , 12mbps broadband download speed

Please advice...
