Help with spider pen pro?

I bought spider pen pro and got the thread all tangled on the first day. I ordered new thread recently and im just waiting till friday because thats when it gets here. So a simple question, did you just put in your thread and wax and the tip to cover it? How should i put in the wax/thread so i dont mess up my new thread?

It's not surprising you had this happen as there have been many magic sites who stopped selling the Spider Pen Pro for several reasons. One of the main ones is there have been a lot of customers experiencing problems with the pens and it doesn't help that the service provided for such a big price is minimalistic.

You're given the bare minimum to make you buy more stuff as soon as you open the packet and have a few goes and that can be frustrating.
