How many spoon bends are in Osterlind’s 13 steps to mentalism step 7: Metal bending?

I recently bought Metal Bending (World’s Greatest Magic) and I loved the stuff from Richard Osterlind.

So, if I get Step 7: Metal Bending, will I learn any new bends, or are all of the good ones present in (Worlds Greatest Magic)?
