It's 100 but if you run out you can easily make your own or use something different to have a similar effect.

^This. Over 100 pre-made gimmicks. The original Healed and Sealed showed you how to make your own, but did not include any gimmicks. The gimmick is easy to make, but tedious. To make over 100 would take you HOURS. The new version includes a whole bunch pre-made to make the process easier and quicker.

Agree with Lyle, I have this and I'm pretty sure theres quite a few more than 100 options, but as Josh mentioned, the tutorial will tell you about alternatives.
