How much longer?

Hey guys,

I ordered three decks of Guardians, Panic, and Distortion with cheap shipping around Midnight on August 31st. They shipped out two Thursday's ago. I live in Western Canada.

STILL no sign of them. I'm getting tired of waiting. People who live in Austria who ordered on the EXACT same night, and the EXACT same shipping have already recieved their packages.

Seriously, this is getting stupid.

Sorry about your luck, but this isn't due to the fault of Theory11. Once they ship your order, it's completely 200% out of their hands. Your best chance of finding out what's going on is by contacting the company they used to ship it, or your local post office.

I apologize for the delay; that is not cool. As Steve mentioned in the post above, once the package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over how fast it gets to you-- all shipping times provided are estimates given by the shipping carrier (ie, USPS, UPS). For First Class International shipping, as stated on the shipping info page, delivery times vary from location to location, but are estimated at 7-21 days. Priority Mail International usually takes 6-10 business days. Express Mail International usually takes 3-5 business days.

For all order related issues, always submit a support ticket directly at www.theory11.com/support for a crazy fast response. If your delivery time falls outside of the estimated range, give us a buzz. Our support guys will try their best to find out exactly where the package is and when it should arrive.

I bet Canadian beaver riding, hockey stick wielding bandits stole your package. Either that or it's stuck in customs or something.

I got mine yesterday Cory =p, at least we know how long it approximately takes to get here, I'm sure youll be very pleased with what you recieved, I'm 1000% pleased with what I got.
