How to create a card?

I've got a little Zombie trick I've been working on but have hit a stumbling block. Basically the zombie goes through the deck eating the court cards and at the end the zombie has a full belly. Whilst practicing it I've just been using a joker as the zombie, but ideally I want a card with the image of a zombie.

Now, I've got a couple of zombie decks so I could just use a card from them, but it would be a million times better to have the same back, which typically for me is a blue bicycle deck. Also this doesn't help with the finale zombie.

Next I thought that I could use a blank card and just draw a zombie. That would be perfect, if I was an artist, but in reality I can't even draw a straight line so that option goes out the window.

My final idea is to print a picture onto a sticky label and just stick that onto a blank card. The only issue I have with this is that it alters the card, such as the thickness, the weight and texture. So it's not perfect but I can deal with it if needs be.

If anyone has a different idea of how I can create a card using a standard bicycle card then please let me know, I will be very appreciative. I only perform for my 5 year old niece so it doesn't need to be perfect, but if it is perfect then, well, perfect.

Many thanks.

Texa$, with a dollar sign
I've thought about the same thing about custom playing cards using a 'Card Case' and evolving Pokemon. Maybe check out Makeplayingcards.com or Customplayingcards.com

I'm not sure about the prices, as I didn't get far enough in the process.

And I know you said you aren't able to draw; get someone to draw a zombie on a blank card (with the Bicycle back, of course--single blanks)

I hope this helps, and good luck on your zombie adventure!

The easiest and least expensive way to get an image onto a card is to use ink jet iron-on paper. I think I've got some lying around in my magic room. Send me a PM with a link to the image you want and your address and I'll send you the card.

Learn to split cards. It's quite easy and there is a great tutorial here. Search for
Split Session v1 Speed Split. Then take the face from one and put it with the back you want. Bicycle also has a tragic royalty deck sold around Halloween that could work.

Thanks for all of the suggestions guys. I'll look into all of them.

Thanks very much for the offer, it's very kind. I lay awake for hours last night thinking through different routines and effects I could encompass and using various different cards, so wouldn't want to abuse your generosity with any diva demands. Still, the offer is very much appreciated and the method is definitely something I will look into. Thank you.

Levent, I love them. It may take some time but I'm looking into getting some printed, and once I do I'll message you for a delivery address so that I can send you some and I'll include a description of my presentation, I'm no pro but I like it.

Thank you so much!!
